The Lord Buddha says “To hear Dhamma at an appropriate time” is one of the 38 supreme blessings. We, therefore, invite you and your loved ones to come and hear the Dhamma talk on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at the temple.
Daw San Thawdar Kyaing and family will sponsor this month Dhamma talk event on Sunday, September 15, 2019 in the fond memories of late beloved husband, U Kyaw Aung. The Lord Buddha says “To donate generously” is another one of 38 supreme blessings”.
Foods for both body and mind are free-of-charge.

11:00 a.m. – Offering lunch to the resident monk (Sayadaw)
11:05 a.m. – Offering delicious Myanmar/Chinese noodle (Si-chet-khout-swal) to all attendees
12:30 p.m. – Taking five precepts
12:35 p.m. – Listening to chanting prayers of Suttas by Venerable U Sanda for our protection
12:35 p.m. – Listening to Sayadaw’s Dhamma Talk
1:35 p.m. – Q & A session
2:00 p.m. – Announcement
Food for both body and mind are free-of-charge. All are welcome.
There are many opportunities for you to get wholesome merit (Kuso):
1. by attending the event and listening to the Dhamma talk;
2. by bringing a small dish for the Sayadaw’s lunch;
3. by helping cooking volunteers one day before (if any); and/or
4. by laying the tables and chairs for all attendees and well-wishers one day before the event, taking them down and doing clean-up after the event.
